BVL – USBC Consultant Description

Overview: Develop a relationship with local and state USBC Associations to increase participation and fundraising.

Goals: To create and execute a plan to reach out to local and state USBC Associations to increase the number of contributing Associations and contributions.

Responsibilities:

  • Increase fundraising dollars from current participating Associations
  • Increase number of participating Associations.
  • Manage Ambassador Program
    • Work with BVL Executive Director to update materials and training
    • Determine meeting dates and times
    • Schedule presentations
    • Manage reimbursements for expenses
    • Gather and provide feedback from presentations
  • Develop and manage Association database
  • Work with BVL Executive Director on budget projections
  • Adjust outreach plans based on need
  • Develop and produce reports to board about outreach and activity
  • Gather testimonials/stories from Association leaders

Reports to: BVL Executive Director

Requirements:

  • Must have working knowledge of USBC
  • Must have working knowledge of BVL
  • Comfortable with public speaking/presentations
  • Organization and planning skills
  • BVL fundraising experience a plus

Compensation:

  • Month to month agreement based on results
  • Consultant Fee Range – $2,000 – $3,000 per month
  • Benefits: N/A
  • Occasional travel
